What is MediaPOS?
MediaPOS is a business‑to‑business solution operated for tourism partners who capture photos and videos of their guests. After an experience (such as a boat trip, excursion or resort activity), guests receive a private link and PIN so they can view and download their media package from the guest portal.
The system is not a consumer social network or messaging app. It is a secure delivery channel for digital media purchased or provided by our business partners.
How it is used by businesses
Typical use cases for our partners include:
- Sending a guest a unique link and PIN to download their photo or video package.
- Resending access details via WhatsApp, SMS or email if the guest loses them.
- Providing staff with a dashboard to review invoices, guest details and media.
All usage must comply with the applicable contracts between MediaPOS, the partner business and the guest, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

MediaPOS is designed to be used with legitimate, family‑friendly content that complies with the policies of our messaging and hosting partners, including WhatsApp Business Policy and any local regulations.
- No illicit, hateful, violent or sexually explicit content is permitted.
- No use for spam, bulk unsolicited messages or deceptive practices.
- No resale of media without the necessary rights and guest consent.
Partners are responsible for ensuring that any media uploaded to the system and any messages sent to guests comply with our policies and with the terms of platforms such as WhatsApp.
